Yes, we offer a discounted rate on all annual subscription plans.
How does the free account work?
The Pixieset free account gives you access to most of the features inside Client Gallery, Website, Studio Manager, Store and Mobile Gallery App. There are no setup fees, no credit card required. Only upgrade when you need to.
How do I cancel service?
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can use your own domain name for your website and client galleries on any of our upgraded accounts. We also provide a free mypixieset.com domain to all accounts upon signup.
What type of payments do you support?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, and debit cards.
How long are your contracts?
Pixieset subscriptions are paid monthly or yearly. You can switch or cancel your service at any time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. When changing your plan, your previous plan will be prorated and applied to the cost of your new plan.
Is there a commission fee on my store sales?
There are no commission fees for all upgraded accounts. Free accounts are subject to a 15% commission fee on store sales.
Do I need a web host?
No. All Pixieset accounts include secure and reliable hosting for your website and galleries.
